Throughout his career, Andrew has led the delivery of complex environmental and ESG due diligence on nationally significant and global transactions, often involving tight timetables, multi-asset portfolios and cross‑border considerations. He is highly experienced in coordinating large, multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring quality and clarity in his advice.
Andrew’s expertise centres on identifying and clearly articulating material environmental and ESG risks, liabilities and opportunities in the context of a transaction. His approach focuses on helping clients understand how these issues may affect value, pricing, warranties, indemnities and post‑transaction strategy, rather than presenting purely technical commentary.
In his role as Service Line Director, Andrew is responsible for the strategic leadership and continued development of Antea Group UK’s environmental and ESG due diligence services for M&A. He works closely with transaction advisers, investors and Antea’s technical specialists to deliver integrated, proportionate and commercially relevant advice that supports successful transaction outcomes.
