ESG Due Diligence

The key purpose of ESG due-diligence is to assess risks during acquisition for real estate and/or corporate entities.

At Antea Group we support clients with ESG due diligence services on both the buy and sell sides. We help clients to identify vulnerabilities and potential liabilities; as well as helping building owners and facilities managers to improve their assets throughout the investment lifecycle.

Our assessments are conducted in line with RICS and Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) guidance, allowing you to get all pertinent environmental due diligence in one place. We provide clients with investment-critical data early on to determine any major risk, followed by technical environmental due diligence as the deal progresses. Following acquisitions, we support with first 100-day plan to collect additional data and implement positive changes.
