Our assessments are conducted in line with UK-specific RICS and Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) guidance, allowing you to get all pertinent environmental due diligence from one source. We provide clients with investment-critical data early on to identify any major risks, followed by technical environmental due diligence as the deal progresses. Following acquisitions, we provide support with a first-100-days plan to collect additional data and implement necessary changes.
