Challenge

The Client, a global technology firm, sought support to manage their Health & Safety program for all their global corporate offices. Antea Group tailored their support to meet the needs of the client by providing an in-region resource in the EMEA, AMER and APAC regions.

Understanding the diverse needs of our client, Antea Group embarked on a journey to fortify their Health & Safety framework. From policy development to meticulous compliance alignment with regional legal mandates, our approach was characterized by meticulous attention to detail.

Antea Group UK provides support across the EMEA region and this involves global strategic planning and implementation of the health and safety framework covering:

  • Policy and guidelines development
  • EHS Risk Assessment Programs
  • EHS Compliance and program development to align with regional legal requirements.
  • Employee engagement and safety culture promotion – acts as a resource to fellow teams and employees as a subject matter expert
  • Health and Safety monitoring - Injury, Illness and incident related performance
  • Managing the internal EHS auditing program

Solution

Collaborating closely with the client and leveraging the expertise of our global Inogen Alliance partners, we crafted a cohesive program that transcended geographical boundaries. This unified approach ensured seamless implementation and adherence to standardized Health & Safety protocols across regions.

 Day to day activities include:

  • Implementing a thorough and engaging pro-active EHS program.
  • Remote ergonomic support provided to corporate employees who are experiencing discomfort either in their home office set up or office set up, to ensure their workstations are set up ergonomically.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders including Facilities and Security to address complex safety concerns within the Corporate Offices.
  • Management of the internal EHS Program to drive consistent standards and expectations at all Corporate Offices within the organization.
  • Management of the Global ERT Program – arrange fire warden & First Aid Training and manage the program for the EMEA region.
  • Management of the EHS Risk Assessment program for corporate activities.
  • Provision of guidance and assistance as required.
  • Monitoring of HSE regulatory compliance.

Result

As the initiative progressed, tangible results underscored the efficacy of our collaboration. Positive feedback from the client served as validation of our collective efforts in driving Health & Safety excellence on a global scale.
